2. AI Generated Content

AI Game Master uses advanced AI (Gemini/OpenAI) to generate narrative and visual content. You acknowledge that AI content may occasionally be inaccurate, biased, or inappropriate. AI Game Master is not responsible for the specific narrative paths or images generated by the AI.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use AI Game Master for any unlawful purpose. You must not attempt to "jailbreak" or manipulate the AI into generating harmful, illegal, or prohibited content as defined by our safety guidelines.

4. Intellectual Property

The code, design, and branded assets of AI Game Master are our intellectual property. AI-generated narratives created during your session are intended for personal enjoyment. Commercial use of AI-generated content may be subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers.

5. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Your use of the service is at your sole risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AI Game Master or its team be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
